Story: The PS Cocktail Lounge is an appreciated landmark on the famous Colfax Avenue stretch of Denver Colorado. Opened in 1981 by a Greek immigrant it hasn’t changed although the working-class Colfax street has been completely gentrified. Relics of non-existent sports teams like the Bear minor baseball team of Denver decorate the bar. A row of framed stars with names in the center, in the style of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, line the wall above the booths. The rustic tavern has become a popular haven for Hispters, Professionals, Students and “Your Average Joe,” on this historic street!
