Story:
The Checker Taxicab A-series remains one of the United States’ most famous and recognizable taxis. The 1959–1982 Checker models are the most recognizable and collectable, although very difficult to find because most Cabs were literally “driven into the ground.” Mainly used in New York and Chicago, this surviving one found its way to Elizabeth, Colorado at the Rambling Ranch Car Museum!
