Opened by a Greek Immigrant arriving in 1956, this famous location has served millions of locals and visitors of Denver, Colorado since. Kknown as a graveyard shift late-night “grub-hub,” Pete’s was originally a late-night diner opened in 1930. The Greek Owners ran a famous bar - Satire Lounge next door and would eat at this diner almost every night after their shift. Then in 1981, when the diner went up for sale, the Greek Owners jumped on the chance to make it their own, creating the legendary Pete’s Kitchen of Denver, Colorado…
