Story: Originally home to the Englewood Lumber and Coal Company, World War II Vet Al Finer opened this Army Surplus Store in 1953 taking advantage of the military surplus equipment that was unneeded at the time. Low and behold given Colorado’s outdoors sports and activity his business blew-up and became Colorado staple thriving to this day!
